Italian Day

Italian Day is always an anticipated event at Templestowe Heights Primary School. The children dressed in colourful costumes for the theme of Carnevale and they wore masks which they created. They were entertained by Italian theatre performances. The children participated in a variety of activities: bocce, waiter’s race, soccer and Italian street art. They enjoyed Italian food and gelato. These activities enriched their knowledge of Italian culture and resulted in a most enjoyable day.
